Custom CRM.

A system shaped around the way your team already sells and serves — your pipeline stages, your fields, your rules. One shared customer record instead of five spreadsheets and a mailbox nobody else can read. Built as code you own, on your own hosting.

Custom CRM

Your pipeline, records and internal tools.

  • Your pipeline, your stages
  • One customer record
  • Roles and permissions

Your process, not a vendor's.

An off-the-shelf CRM asks your team to work the way it was designed. This is the other way round: the stages, fields and rules come from how you already operate, and the software is built to match.

01

Your pipeline, your stages

Deals move through the stages your team actually names, with the fields you actually fill in — not a fixed funnel you have to translate into every week.

02

One customer record

Contacts, companies, deals, files and the whole message history in one place, so nobody has to ask a colleague to forward an email again.

03

Roles and permissions

Who can see a price, who can change a stage, who can export the client list — decided by you and enforced on the server, not by trust.

04

Automation for the repetitive parts

Follow-up reminders, stage-change notifications, task assignment and recurring reports — the work that gets forgotten when the week is busy.

05

Reporting managers will open

Pipeline value, conversion between stages, ageing deals and per-person load, on screens designed around the questions you ask on Monday.

06

Integrations with what you already use

Mailbox, telephony, invoicing, your website's enquiry form — wired in so a lead lands in the pipeline without anyone retyping it.

Deployed to your own hosting, in your name, with the source code handed over — the same rule as every other service here.

Two honest lists.

Build a custom CRM if…

  • Your pipeline lives in spreadsheets that only one person understands.
  • You have tried a ready-made CRM and your team quietly stopped using it.
  • Your process has a step no standard tool has a field for.
  • Per-seat subscriptions have started to cost more than owning the software.
  • Your customer data has to stay on infrastructure you control.

Look elsewhere if…

  • A standard CRM already fits your process — we will tell you if it does.
  • You need a public storefront, not an internal tool → Digital Retail
  • You are building a product to sell to others → The Platform
  • Nobody has written down how the current process works, even roughly.
  • You need it live next week — bespoke work does not compress that far.

Why there is no number on this page.

The three packages have published prices because their scope is fixed. A CRM's scope comes from your process, and no two are alike — a five-person agency and a wholesaler with three warehouses are not the same build. So the price is quoted, not guessed. You still get a fixed figure in writing before anything starts.

Scoping call

A 45-minute call, free and with no obligation. You walk us through how a lead becomes a paying customer today, including the parts that are held together by memory and habit.

Written specification

We send back the stages, fields, roles, automations and integrations as a document you can read and correct. Nothing is built from a phone call alone.

Fixed quote

One price and one schedule against that specification, split into milestones if the build is large. If the scope changes later, the change is quoted before it is written.

Quotes are in euro and invoiced by Nikola Tech Group SIA. The company is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added. Hosting, domains and any paid third-party APIs stay in your name and are paid by you directly. The full terms are in the Terms of Service.

Questions about this package.

Why not just set up an existing CRM?

Often that is the right answer, and we will say so on the scoping call rather than sell you a build you do not need. Custom work earns its price when your process has steps a standard tool cannot model, when per-seat fees have outgrown the cost of owning software, or when the data cannot leave your infrastructure.

Who owns the code and the customer data?

You do, both of them. The source code is handed over on delivery and the system runs on hosting in your name. There is no per-seat licence, no platform fee and nothing to keep renting from us to stay operational.

Can it import what we already have?

Yes — spreadsheets, exports from another CRM, or a database from an older internal tool. Migration is part of the scope and is quoted with it, including the cleanup that messy historical data usually needs.

How long does a build take?

It depends on the number of stages, roles and integrations, so the honest answer comes with the quote rather than before it. The schedule is written into the quote, and larger builds are delivered in usable milestones instead of one long silence.

What about GDPR?

A CRM holds personal data, so it is built with that in mind: role-based access, an audit trail on sensitive changes, export and deletion for a subject's data, and hosting inside the EU if you want it. You remain the controller of the data.
